Rosa is responsible for LVC’s national recruitment and placement strategy and admissions process. Most recently, Rosa has worked as the volunteer and alumni programs manager for the Hispanic College Fund, where she recruited and managed over 1,000 volunteers for its scholarship programs and Hispanic Youth Institute. Prior to arriving at the Hispanic College Fund, Rosa worked in the Episcopal Church as a director of Christian education in the Dioceses of Virginia and Southern Virginia. Rosa also worked with young people as a counselor at Joint Action in Community Service, Inc. and Prep for Prep in New York City. Before her career in the nonprofit sector, Rosa was a corporate paralegal in Boston and New York.
Rosa completed the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate program through the Georgetown University Public Policy Institute in 2009 and earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy and political science from Boston University in 1996.
