Helen and Neil ('00 - '01 Seattle) relocated temporarily to St. Louis, MO as she prepares for a double lung transplant. She does breathing therapy daily as they wait for a suitable donor. They have found a welcoming ELCA congregation (St. Mark's) in St. Louis who are supporting them during this time, along with family and good friends through LVC, especially fellow Seattle LVCers from their year! Helen encourages everyone to set up advanced medical directives if you are an organ donor because it's easy for your wishes not to be met without one!
