Chair & Local Support Committee Representative
Bill is the chair of the board and comes to us through St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wilmington, DE He and his wife Nancy enjoy serving as a host family to Volunteers, which is how they first learned about LVC. An avid model railroad hobbyist, Bill is retired from Dupont and spends much of his time visiting LVC cities along with his children and grandchildren across the country.
