LVC’s national board of directors, an extended leadership team, and the staff have created a Long Range Plan that concentrates on six areas:
* Build LVC’s infrastructure for growth, change and community
* Develop LVC’s financial resources to increase the work for justice and peace
* Strengthen LVC’s community network of alumni to continue to extend the table of justice
* Dismantle racism and change LVC’s culture to be more diverse and inclusive
* Deepen our understanding and expression of LVC’s core tenets: working for social justice, building intentional community, and living sustainable, simple lifestyles
* Engage and articulate questions of religion and spirituality in our communities, in the pursuit of justice and peace, and in ecumenical and interfaith conversations
